These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1owin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "1owin"), governing your access to and use of the 1owin online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://1owin.cam/ and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the same brand.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1owin platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1owin is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting and casino services. We do not claim, represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using 1owin complies with the laws applicable in their location, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any subsequent legislation or regulatory guidance. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. If you are uncertain about the legal position in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal counsel.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account opened in the name of a single individual on the 1owin platform.
• "Balance" means the total of verified deposited funds, minus any wagered or withdrawn amounts, held in a Player's Account at any given time. Bonus funds are tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit or matched deposit credit credited to an Account that is subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks, proof-of-address requirements and other identity verification steps required by the Platform.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures applied by the Platform in accordance with its operating standards.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event market or casino game on the Platform.
• "Sports Betting" means the activity of placing Wagers on the outcomes of sporting events, including but not limited to cricket, football, UFC, PSL and ICC events.
• "Casino Games" means slot games, live dealer table games, instant games, virtual table games and all other non-sports-betting games available on the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by the Platform's operating standards or applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, referenced as a display context on the Platform where applicable.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 1owin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not located in, resident in, or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity; all use of the Account must be personal and for entertainment purposes only.
• You have not been previously excluded, banned or suspended from the Platform or any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer or close family member of an employee of 1owin or any directly associated entity.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not knowingly suffering from a gambling addiction or related disorder, or are not subject to a self-exclusion order from any gambling platform.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited.

Each individual may hold only one Account on 1owin. Opening, operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple Accounts are identified, all Accounts may be suspended, funds may be confiscated and the associated individuals may be permanently banned from the Platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to keep your registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 1owin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring that no minor under the age of 18 (or the higher applicable minimum) can access your Account or device logged into your Account.

1owin reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time the Platform deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension.

All deposits are made by the Account holder using their own personal funds. You must not deposit funds that have been obtained through unlawful means. By depositing, you confirm that the payment method used is registered in your name and that you are fully authorised to use it.

Accepted payment methods are displayed in the live cashier and may vary. The following are referenced as payment context familiar to Pakistani players — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — however, 1owin makes no representation that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Whether any specific payment method works for a deposit depends on that provider's own policies, which may change without notice. Always check the live cashier before attempting to deposit.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier.
• 1owin does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment method must match the verified Account holder name.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and provider.
• 1owin is not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider or bank in connection with a deposit.

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC/AML verification checks before any withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to provide identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method verified as belonging to the Account holder. 1owin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the live cashier.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and may be forfeited when a withdrawal is requested, at the Platform's discretion and in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
• Processing times quoted on the Platform are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual processing time may be affected by banking infrastructure, public holidays, verification requirements and other factors outside 1owin's control.
• 1owin reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, or a breach of these Terms.

1owin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, VIP programme benefits, refer-a-friend incentives and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible games, maximum bet per wagering round and time limits are set out in individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, payment method and IP address.
• 1owin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including multi-accounting, matched betting with the intent to exploit promotions, arbitrage or systematic exploitation — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error may be reclaimed by the Platform at any time.

All bets placed on 1owin are subject to the specific rules of each sport or game type. These rules govern how results are determined, how markets are settled, what constitutes a void bet, and how edge-case outcomes (e.g., abandoned matches, postponed events, player substitutions affecting player-performance markets) are handled.

• Bets are accepted at the displayed odds at the time of placement. The Platform reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds (e.g., a pricing error that is significantly different from the true market price), 1owin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• Live/in-play bets are subject to market availability and any applicable acceptance delays. Market suspension during live events is at the Platform's discretion.
• For cricket markets covering Pakistan, PSL, ICC and other tournaments: all market settlement is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant sporting body. 1owin is not affiliated with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise.
• For events cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered, bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the Platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1owin platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing another person's Account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, scripts or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any conduct that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities or system glitches for financial gain.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order from 1owin or any other gambling platform.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity or for the purpose of money laundering.
• Impersonating another person, submitting false KYC documentation or providing materially inaccurate Account information.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other means of concealing your true location.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 1owin may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending and settled bets, withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

All content on the 1owin platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text content, game assets and database structures — is the exclusive property of 1owin or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or code forming part of the Platform.
• Use any Platform branding, trademarks or logos without prior written consent from 1owin.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform by any automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1owin and its affiliates, officers, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through wagering activity on the Platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, technical failures, network errors or force majeure events beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility violations or misuse of Account credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposited balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

1owin is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Platform provides responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, session time caps, loss limits and self-exclusion. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

• This Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction.
• If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should use the self-exclusion feature or contact support immediately to request account closure.
• Do not chase losses. Do not gamble with borrowed money or funds needed for essential expenses.
• 1owin does not accept liability for a Player's failure to use available responsible gambling tools.

1owin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A material breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• KYC/AML verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable period.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud or account abuse is suspected.
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the Account holder or a verified responsible gambling authority.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure of an Account with a verified real-money balance — subject to completed KYC/AML and no outstanding breaches — the remaining balance will be returned to a verified payment method in your name.

1owin reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

The version and review date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Previous versions may be requested by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1owin holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Platform, shall first be addressed through 1owin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be referred to the appropriate authority as specified by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan should be aware that Pakistani courts may apply Pakistani law to disputes involving Pakistani residents, and nothing in this clause alters any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under applicable Pakistani law.
